This entry marks a somber day for the bups; there's only a few days left of cool spring air, and summer is just around the corner, bringing along its hot temperatures both during the day and night.

This spring has been one of the best ones the bups have ever experienced. They had the opportunity to engage in experiments and projects and were featured in more than a dozen photoshoots. In the grand scheme of things, they are living their best lives in this moment, and just a fraction of those moments are shared here on ABupStory.

There are a lot of exciting and fun entries to come this summer. The idea is to get the bups out into the public sphere and do photoshoots at local places of historical significance at some point. This presents a number of unique challenges, including but not limited to: how do I get them out there, and more importantly, what does my setup look like?

You see, in a controlled environment like my office or photo studio, I have tripods and ways to position cameras for different angles, but in an outdoor environment, it proves more difficult due to crime and safety concerns.

Some places are safer than others and may even prove exceptional in terms of natural backdrop beauty. It's not impossible to lug my equipment around; it's just challenging, especially with 14 bups and an honorary bup who weighs more than all of them combined.

I may have to get really creative and invest in a selfie-stick. I could carry them around in the BUP tent, but they are crowded in it together and barely fit. Another idea would be to get a red wagon, such as a radio flyer, and use that to transport them and my equipment for public photoshoots.

We'll have to see. I suspect a bit of trial and error is in order, but it's all for a good cause. Stay tuned for this endeavor!
